I've got 97 marks in NATA and 89.6% in intermediate, can I get a seat in B.Arch course in Andhra University?

With 97 marks, it will be difficult in AU. You have to look for alternates like Birla Institute Of Technology - [BIT Mesra], Ranchi, Chandigarh College Of Architecture - [CCA], Chandigarh, Lovely Professional University - [LPU], Jalandhar, etc.

There is only 40 seats in total for B.Arch in Andhra University. You have got a descent score but it will be tough to say yes in answer of your question. But, I will say that it's not impossible. If you have all the luck by your side, then who knows.
