I've got 98.3295 percentile in JEE Mains & am from Bihar and OBC category. Will I be able to get admission?

I've got 98.3295 percentile in JEE Mains and have 86.2% in 10+2 CBSE.

The last year opening and closing ranks in B.Tech CSE in OBC(NCL) for Neutral gender under home state quota were 3004 and 19569 respectively up to 7th rounds. While in two special rounds there were 118571 and 136996 respectively.
On the basis of your JEE-Main percentile your predicted rank is about 14609, Hence yours chances are very high.
