I've got 98.33% in board exams but have not written Amity JEE, will I be eligible for 100% scholarship?
My total score is 956 and groups percentage is 98.33%.

Yes, you are. Those who get above 80% in the board exams are admitted without the entrance exam AMITY JEE. And with this percentage of marks, you can get the 100% scholarship also at Amity University.
