I've got a rank of 28383 in WBJEE and am getting Asansol Engineering College, should I stay there or try for the 2nd round of counseling?

I am getting this college for electrical engineering. Should I go for the 2nd-round of counseling? What are the chances to get a good college int he 2nd-round?

Little chance it is risky as your rank is not too good so if you are satisfied with you branch then you can join the college and right now lock the college for future reference. All The Best
