I've got a rank of 3702 in IPUCET. Which out of CSE at MAharaja Surajmal Institute, IPU and ECE at BVP, IPU is the best for girls?

Although I love CSE and wanna take it up, everyone is telling me to take ECE! Nowadays fields like mobile app development, mobile computing are gaining popularity. Can CSE graduates shift towards that field? Or only ECE people? Also does CSE have better pay packages? For girls which'd be better?
