I've got a seat in Kurukshetra University for computer engineering in the 2nd year of B.Tech course. Is this better in terms of placement?

Placements are the main plus point. Many big private companies visit the campus every year to hire the young talents. Companies like TCS, Infosys, HCL are some of them.
