I've got a seat in the 1st phase web counselling in TS EAMCET. Is it mandatory to go for 2nd phase or I directly put the option?

My rank in TS EAMCET is 49693.

    If you are not satisfied with the seat, you got in the first counselling. Then, you must go for the 2nd counselling. Otherwise, you will continue with your seat.
