I've got Dr. YSR NITHM in the round 1 with a rank of 7500 from open category, is there a chance for me to get IHM in the 2nd or 3rd round?

Congrats. There are bright chances for you in Gurdaspur Gwalior, Shimla, Shillong and Dehradun. My suggestion will be visiting the website of colleges by ranking placements, faculty members and decide. Best wishes.
