I've heard that some countries offer free graduation. i m n engineering aspirant and want to do Btech. from any such countries if possible.

i am an engineering aspirant form india and am looking forward to study abroad, but the main problem is the financial status of my family. yes they can afford it but it create a great strain therein so i am seeking methods or means to relax that financial tension. list any scholarships if any such.
