I've just completed B.Sc & want to go for distance MBA, is distance MBA and distance PGDM same? Which is the best college for this?

PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma and MBA is Master of Business Administration, both the courses are available via distance mode in many colleges/universities. As far as distance education is concerned, IGNOU is the best option.
