i've just entered mbbs 2nd prof . what books should be read in 2nd prof??

i had read guyton nd ganong(physiology), snell (anatomy) n lippincot nd vasudevan(biochem). i like to read concept building books and want to prepare for pg entrance test simultaneously during mbbs. so please recomend me some good and reliable books.
