I've just finished the 1st year of engg., can you suggest me how to prepare for MBA scholarship in Germany, France or Australia?

For an MBA abroad, you will need minimum 5 years of work experience after your graduation to be eligible. I would suggest you to focus on short-term goals (good CGPA, good job, good learning), then a solid industry experience, and then the MBA. That will make a good profile for your selection!
