I've just passed 12 with 87.6% marks.now i m confused that under whch university shud i study b.com ranchi/calcutta?which 1 is high scoring?

i did not have maths as one of my subjects in class 12 commerce. instead i had hindi. so i want to ask whether i m eligible for applying in goenka college of commerce in kolkata? As nothing is mentioned in college's website regarding this.
