I've lost my hearing in the right ear and also have a hearing problem in the other ear, can I apply via PWD category in DU?

I want admission in DU and have scored 64% in the top four. Also, I belong to OBC NCL category.

Hi, There is some formula to calculate loss of hearing in percentage terms for evaluation of hearing disability. The formula is: Loss of hearing in decibels in better ear -25*1.5 HD=X-25*1.5 here X is loss of hearing in decibel terms Suppose If u have 52 db loss in better ear Then HD=52-25*1.
