I've missed JEE Mains session 2 registration date. What should I do now? Should I focus on board exams and forget about JEE Mains session 2?

Hey sorry to hear that you missed Registration JEE main exam session 2 but here are some of the options you can go for.
: apply for state government exams
:apply for private engineering exams
:and if JEE is so necessary you can go for a drop too.
