I've not appeared in CAT, 2015. Is it possible to get admission for MBA this year?

There are institutions who even have their own entrance exam. in case you have not attempted any entrance exam in 2015 then try calling to some of the institutions in which you want admission and brief them your current situation, few of them will surely help.

If you want to get admission this year than you can apply for colleges which don't accept CAT score. But go for CAT exam next year as good colleges accept CAT percentile.
