Almost all universities conduct BPP (Bachelors preparatory programme) for BA, B.Com by 18 years age basis and conducts entrance exam.
Andhra University, Visakhapatnam offers the same.
If you want to do B.Sc, consider DBRAOU, Hyderabad.
