I've obtained 63.8% in 12th CBSE board and 108.5 marks in NATA'18. Can I get a seat in an NIT or any government college?

NIT would be difficult, but you get a government college.

You just cleared cutoff of NATA. And your class 12th marks is very low, so you cannot get admission in any NIT or any government colleges.
