I've passed 12th science but have a year gap. Can I get admission in Premlila Vithaldas Polytechnic for Diploma in pharmacy?

Yes, you can easily take admission but an affidavit is required for what you do in one year gap. -
You certainly can. Usually, an Affidavit or Self Declaration is required to be produced at the time of admission for stating the reason of gap.
