I ve passed 1st year mech engg frm pune university. Is it possible to do my 2nd and third yr frm YCMOU and den do my final yr in pune uni

Due to some reasons i had two year dros. Now i want to b able to complete my second and third year course in 12 months if possible in open university if they allow. And then complete my final year in pune university if such transfer is possible. This will save me a valuable one year of life .
