I've passed BMLT(Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology) from Vidyasagar University, West Bengal. Can I pursue M.Sc Medical Microbiology?

I've an overall almost (more than 60%) in Bachelors & want to choose M.Sc medical microbiology for higher study. Is it possible? If it is possible, please give the details of institutes available for this course in India especially in West Bengal?
