I've passed pre-university in 1984. Am I eligible to appear in Diploma in Human Rights with the last date of admission?

Hi Baldev, Yes, you can apply. The only requirement for this course is that you must be a 12th Pass out from a recognized board. The year of passing is not a hurdle if you have your marks card to support. Further, you can check this link for more information: https://www.shiksha.com/law/course/dip
