I've received a conditional offer letter from Canadore College for PG Diploma with IELTS 6.0 band, is there any chances for visa rejection?

I've received a conditional offer letter from Canadore College for graduation Certificate in construction project management with IELTS 6.0 band but in writing I got 5.5, is there any chances for visa rejection.

Hi,
Since you were offered a conditional offer letter, did you fulfill the criteria given by them? You cannot possibility apply for the visa without meeting the conditions per say or rejection rate is higher. For SDS, IELTS must be 6 in every section. You must also purchase the GIC.
