I've scored 127/200 in the manipal uget test for b.tech 2014. Would I qualify? If so, what would be the choices available?

Cut off changes every year, It depend upon number of students appeared and their caliber? If not manipal then there are other good options available as VIT, lovely professional university, SRM etc. Dont stick to only one university and keep on waiting. give exam of other universities as well.
