I've scored 147 in JEE Mains paper-2, will I get admission in Rizvi College of Architecture? I have not given NATA.

Yes, you will get this college. NATA is just an entrance exam like JEE Mains Paper 2. Via JEE Mains Paper 2, you can take admission. Your marks are good in JEE Mains Paper 2, you can easily get admission in this college.
