I've scored 149 marks in PCB in 12th boards out of 300. The eligibility criteria is 150. Can I give HSC boards again? I want to give NEET.

Since you have fetched 149/300, or 1 less than the absolute minimum of 150 marks set for eligibility for appearing at higher secondary level.
