I've scored 176 common merit rank and 22 as category rank. Will I get NIFT-Delhi or Mumbai?

Yes, surely you can get either Mumbai or Delhi. As most of the Delhi seats are occupied first, then the other colleges come in. But you could surely get Delhi as you have a good rank.
