i've scored 45% in 12th...wnt to have career oppurtunities related to any fields.also those allows to study / work abroad after graduation

i was in GENERAL SCIENCE faculty in 12th in G.C.P.S & Jr. college WARDHA I want to know about the best career oppurtunities that i can get even at such a low score of 45%(270/600) i would like to know what is needed to have a career allowing me to study here & later study further & work abroad
