One needs to have 50% marks at graduation level to seek admission in MBA, so I am afraid you may not be able to get admission in MBA. One choice you can explore is to start working and post 3 years of work experience, explore Executive / part time MBA in marketing. -

Pursuing full-time MBA from any good college in India with just 48% marks is nearly impossible since one needs to have at least 50% marks in graduation to be eligible.
