There are many colleges in Delhi or Bangalore but tell me about your choice. There are interesting branches in engineering. I only then will be able to tell you the best college before discussing to qualify the entrance exam for any engineering college.

2. RNS Institute of Technology.
3. PES School of Engineering.
4. AMC College of Engineering.
5. HKBKCE.
6. SVCE, etc.
Below mentioned are some decent colleges in Delhi:
