I've scored 72% in 12th from CBSE and JEE Mains rank is 220394 with a percentile of 81. Can I get a govt. college?

JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant.     It is difficult to get any government college with this rank, if you are from general category. But, you will surely get a lot of private colleges. You can use the Shiksha college predictor tool to know which colleges are available for your rank.

    Yes, you can get into a government college as per your state quota. Apply for it now.
    But, you should avoid the idea getting core branches.

    You can try for state government colleges or universities with this score. You are not eligible for JoSAA counselling, so no chance in NIT or IIIT.
