i,ve scored 79 and 81 % respectively in my 10th and 12th standard.....so is it true that its impossible for me to get a call from iim??

you have got quiet good acads. you can get a call from IIMA,C,L,I given that you secure a very good percentile something around 99.5 with very good sectionals may be around 95 each.
