I've scored 88 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 with a rank of 5755 & got a compartment in maths, physics 46, chemistry 51. Can I get admission?

I was very sick during my boards and am very disappointed with my result. Moreover, I got 88 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 with a rank of 5755 but got a compartment in math, 46 in physics, 51 in chemistry. If I give the compartment exam this year, can I get a chance at NIT?

You can't get admission in any UG Programmes until you clear all the subjects in 12th.
