I've scored in 70's in 10th, 12th and graduation. Can I get admission in an IIM? Is it worth preparing for CAT?

Kindly predict your college through this college predictor. The rank predicted might not be accurate, but it certainly gives an idea to the aspirant.

Yes, you can apply, but you have to work hard and smart both to get into IIM. Start preparing for CAT. A candidate is eligible to appear in CAT 2019 if he/she holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Able (DA) categories, need at least 45% marks. But, for IIM the minimum requirement is 99%.

The IIMS want you to have 75% marks, but if you score very good in the CAT exam you will get a call and MBA course is itself worth pursuing.

Yes, you can get IIMS. But, then start preparing for CAT. CAT is a national level exam which is conducted every year by IIMS. Mostly, the cutoff percentile for General category is 99 percentile. Preparing for CAT is worth since if a candidate get admission into an IIM or any premiere B-schools through CAT will generally have good placement or package.
    Good luck.

Hi,Yes, you can get admission in IIMS. But, you will have to justify the lag in your marks with effective story and how you overcame the mistakes and problems. All the best.
