I've scored in the 70th percentile in 10th, 12th and graduation, is there any real chance of getting into an IIM?

Well, the admission is solely on the basis of rank obtained in the CAT exam for which you are eligible to give. Sometimes in interviews they ask your percentage but it really does not matter so much.
