I've scored more in M.Tech than in B.Tech & want to do MS from Germany. Will a German University consider my Master's degree for selection?
I have completed my Bachelors in civil engineering with 68.86% and Masters in geotechnical engineering with 83% from India. I am interested in doing MS in water resources engineering and environmental management from Leibniz University of Hannover. What are my chances of admission?

Hi,
Chances are strong. A second Masters in Germany can be done but you must show very good justification on your part.Your project works, research oriented work, publications if any, letters of recommendation, SOP, etc. will be counted.
