I've secured 952 rank in JEECUP 2018 & I'm from general category. Can I get any government Polytechnic college?

If you are talking about Group A then 100% you will get a Govt. Polytechnic College and if that rank was for Group K then there are only 70% chances that you can get admission in a Govt. Polytechnic College.
