I've working ex.of 4.5Yrs as an engr. in Govt. Public Sector now I want to change my field by doing MBA from abroad(UK) please advice.

MBA ie meant for gaining higher position in the same field. It will not help you to change the field. Don't change the field and loose the advantage of your expereince.
