I've working ex.of 4.5Yrs as an engr. in Govt. Public Sector now I want to change my field by doing MBA from abroad(UK) please advice.

MBA ie meant for gaining higher position in the same field. It will not help you to change the field.
Don't change the field and loose the advantage of your expereince.

Hi Devendra,
you can shortlist univ according to the kind of work ex you have. It is mandatory to know if you are leading any team of engineers under you or are you working at entry point level. If you could describe this I will be bale to suggest univ to you.
