A student who has successfully passed XII exams with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is eligible to pursue this course. Many Institutes require minimum 50% in all the three subjects. The admission to this course is based on an entrance exam mainly JEE (Joint Entrance Examination). JEE Mains cut-off for 2016-17 is given below:
Cut-off for General category of students:
    2017- 81
    2016- 100
    Regards.
