Minimum educational qualification to before commercial pilot in India is +2 with PCM. As an art student, you are not eligible to become pilot.

Once you have PCM at +2 stage whether from Regular school or open school it does not matter. But you have to gain it to become pilot.

You can become a commercial pilot by acquiring proper training from flying club or academy and getting endorsement from DGCA, As far as the course is concerned you should have PCM combination Physics and maths in 10 +2 with 50% is mandatory and you may required to appear in entrance exams too, cost

You have to complete class 12th with PCM from NIOS board.
