    If you want to add more value to your CV, certifications like Brainbench HRIS etc will be beneficial.

    Hi Narsareddy,
    As Shiksha is an Education portal which give guidance to the students in choosing their Education related option, it would be difficult to help you in getting a job through this portal. However, advisable would be that you should apply at various job portals like Naukri.com and as rightly advised by Suryap, go for some HR certification.
