I wanna do Masters degree from Canada and settle there. Which course and province should I select? I am B.E.Mechanical,MBA,2+ years work exp

I want to know which province in Canada has good scope and strong economy. I am confused if I should do MBA again or M.S.? Which field has better jobs and future? Ho should I shortlist the universities and pogrammes?
