Hi Sisir, loan can definitely be applied for but after getting offer letter for admission which states the tuition fee clearly. It will be advisable to approach the nationalised banks for loan so that it smoothens the visa process for you.
The minimum requirement for admission is 60% in best of 4 b

60% marks inough for software engineering. first of all you need to write mcet exam.
