What you mean by free admission ? there is no capitation fee. you can apply and get admission.
If you need cost effective solution, you can do MBBS in Dallian medical university,China. This will cost you only around 15 Lakhs for 6 years.

I am a student in dalian medical university.please do not come to dalian. The weather is horrible and the campus is far from city .it's really difficult to get stuff there
