I wanna know if a B.Sc. Maths student from Mumbai university cope-up with MCA syllabus? What exams should we give?

I am doing my Second years B.Sc (MS). I wanna if students with very limited computer knowledge can join MCA? Will they be able to cope-up with MCA syllabus?
