I wanna know that in SCD government college Ludhiana female candidates can apply or not for B.Com course.

    It's a boy's college, female candidates are not allowed to take admission in that college in any of there courses, they don't provide seat to girls in their college. So, sorry to say but you can't take admission in that college.
