I wanna make my career in web Designing and Developing.

Hello, I am 22 yr old guy. I have done diploma in web designing and i have just joined a company before 3 months. I want do any degree which help me that for my future. as i am doing job so would be doing it from distance , would that be fine if i do degree from distance? Plz help i m confused
