In Delhi there are 4 Great Institutions for Engineering. These are IIT, DTU, NSIT-DU & JMI. Moreover, if you you are interested at any level then besides B E or B Tech you can go for BTE-DELHI's polytechnic institutions to pursue diploma level qualification in Civil Engineering.
