I want 1 year drop for JEE Mains exam preparation and take admission in SUNIT. Is it a right choice?

I scored only 60% in science stream.

    Hi Vishal
If you are going to drop 1 year then focus on your exam for JEE and then next year make institutes choices. Don't constrain your goal for just SUNIT, while doing this you would only focus on a defined score, not to excel.

It is better to concentrate on JEE main exam.
