I want 2 do a course(Phd/MPhil) on 'International Relations'/Political Science. Can u recommend any institute offering dis in Mumbai region?

I am a graduate in B.com (Accounting & Finance) Year 2008. I don't have any qualifications apart from by degree. I have just appeared for the Civil Services (Preliminary) exam. I aspire to join the Indian Foreign Service. Can you guys help me out?
